My Hip Hop/Graffiti inspired work will be shown at Exhibit 1A Gallery in Harlem, a Jamestop production “Graffiti Uptown: You can’t shut us down 2005″, including work by Graffiti legends Duro, Stayhigh 149 and Jamestop to name a few. The opening reception was amazing with many Hip Hop legends making an appearance. I also got the chance to DJ for a couple of hours, spinning Funk tracks/B-Beats for the event.

With the release of Rockstar’s latest Video game The Warriors, I was asked to Digitally Recreate all the Gang logos that have seemingly been spray painted on the club house walls. It was good fun creating these images, taking into account they’d have been painted straight onto brick walls with no primer, over spray from the wind and drips from cheap Spray paint, circa 1973-75.
